**All kilns carry a complete 2 year warranty (this covers everything!) EXCEPT for the Chilipepper which has a one year warranty for everything and a two year on the controller.

All Jen Ken's are typically always in stock and like the rest of our orders, ship out the same day. Orders in before 2:30 E.S.T. are guaranteed to ship the same day and orders in later usually ship the same day as well.
